Career adaptability had become a very interesting issue recently either locally or globally for the employers to survive in challenging business, for the employees to cope with ever-changing work environment and also for the fresh graduates to be employable in the future. Career adaptability can be defined as individuals’ psychological strengths that enable them to deal with challenges and difficulties in predictable or unpredictable situation in their career growth. Employability skills such as communication skills, problem solving skills and team work skills are among the factors that contribute to career adaptability. Henceforth, the purpose of this study is to identify the influence of employability skills toward career adaptability among undergraduates. This study is a quantitative research and it had used electronic questionnaire as data collection method. The researcher had used convenience sampling as sampling technique. The population of final year degree students in fifth semester is 337. Only 136 respondents had submitted the questionnaire which indicates 40% of response rate. Then, all the data were analyzed by using SPSS software version 23.0 for data analysis. Hence, Pearson correlation analysis indicates that communication skills and team work skills have low strength of association towards career adaptability. Meanwhile, problem solving skills have moderate strength of association towards career adaptability. Other than that, regression analysis indicates that there is a positive and significant relationship between problem solving skills and team work skills towards career adaptability. On the other hand, communication skills have been found to have no relationship with career adaptability. Additionally, problem solving skills became the most influential variable towards career adaptability.
